- Kilimanjaro National Park Cycling Day Trip Itinerary
You will be picked up at your hotel in Moshi/Arusha around 7am and transferred to the Londrossi Gate on the western slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro. This will be one of our most challenging itineraries as you cycle to the helipad on the Shira Plateau of Mt. Kilimanjaro at 3750 meters above sea level. First, you will cycle through the forest zone followed by the heather and moorland zone as you head towards the helipad on the Shira Plateau. You will then turn back and enjoy a downhill ride back to Simba Farm. Once back at the gate you will be transferred back to your hotel in Moshi/Arusha.
